Went in due to a tooth ache. ... January 23, 2012 Went in due to a tooth ache. Was able to see the dentist the same afternoon. Within 15 minutes after I walked in. Very impressed. Nice waiting room, very - - - -. |
| GeorS Albuquerque | It appears that the office is closed the week of 26 Dec-30 Dec however the message on the phone does not indicate that neither does the office doors at the clinic (on 4th street) or the appointment making software. I made several appts during that week not knowing if the office would open and then just made one for the week of 2 Jan when they passed w/o being ale to reach the office by phone. I'd suggest insuring your communication modes reflect changes in hours or openings for holidays, etc. Thank you. |

The dental assistant that ... December 27, 2011 The dental assistant that worked with my children was very nice to us but the front end staff and those who check us in aren't super friendly, as they should be. I feel like, as a paying customer, I should be treated nicely regardless of the number of other patients that may or may not have been short with you. I continue to bring my children here because they love the waiting area and the doctors themselves are friendly and knowledgeable. |

I love the staff and doctors!! ... December 27, 2011 I love the staff and doctors!! When I recommend the practice, people get turned off with the name Kids Choice. I tell them adults can be seen and treated also, but they still feel that it is geared toward - - - -. |

Appointments should be kept ... December 05, 2011 Appointments should be kept for the time that theyre scheduled for. Arriving early didnt guarantee being seen on time or even close to the appointment time. Having to wait an hour to be seen, AFTER the appointment time was not a good experience at all. I missed another appointment due to that and the staff could be more friendly. I even notified the staff twice that we were waiting for our - - - - and nothing. |

I think 4 years old is a little ... August 16, 2011 I think 4 years old is a little young to go back alone. I, as a parent, prefer to be with my child. Knowing I cannot be back there with him and putting my trust in people I don't know to handle him correctly if an out-burst so happens to occur, is very hard. I believe 7-8 years old is a sufficient age to go to the Doctor alone. I wouldn't send my child to have a physical with his pediatrician alone. |

Just please sure to wipe down ... July 31, 2011 Just please sure to wipe down the toys with a disinfectant and be sure they are clean. I didn't let my daughter play with them because they looked so dirty. She loved the chairs you have against the wall though. And the movie kept her occupied. Over all experience was great but I spent more time with the hygienist than with the actual dentist. I would to have liked more feedback from - - - - actual dentist. |

Besides my kids being patients ... July 23, 2011 Besides my kids being patients their so am i and we love it.. all the doctors are amazingly bright and their staff very helpfull, being that my son screams and cries still even though their is plenty of distractions your staff does great to make sure that he is veryy confortable. |

Thank you! I am always afraid ... July 15, 2011 Thank you! I am always afraid to go to the dentist because I had a bad experience with some extractions when I was little. But you help me not be so afraid. Also I didn't have any cavities on the last visit...yay!!! |

Staff is helpful but not exactly ... July 08, 2011 Staff is helpful but not exactly friendly. They could smile more (at the front desk) and let patients know that they are aware of your presence rather then just ignore you. I think patients in person should be addressed before patients on the phone. Thank you! |
